1. Local processing (no file uploads)

SterileCSV runs locally on your device. Your CSV/XLSX files are processed on your machine. We do not upload your file contents to our servers. SterileCSV 1.0.0 does not include telemetry.

2. What data we collect

• Purchase and delivery data: name, email address, order/transaction identifiers, and the information needed to issue and send your personalized license.json.
• Support communications: if you email support, we process your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send (for example logs or screenshots).

3. What data we do not collect

• We do not receive or store your CSV/XLSX file contents through the app.
• We do not run in-app analytics or telemetry.

4. Payment provider (Paddle)

Payments are processed by Paddle and its partners. We receive limited order details from Paddle to fulfill your purchase, deliver your license, and provide support. We do not receive your full payment card details.
