1. Seller / Licensor

This product is licensed by RADIO ET TELECOMMUNICATIONS (RT), SARL (France) (“Seller”, “Licensor”). Registered office: Arnouville, 97170 PETIT-BOURG, Guadeloupe, France.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle and its partners. Your order confirmation and checkout terms may include additional conditions.

2. Product

SterileCSV is a downloadable Windows desktop software product that converts CSV files to Excel (.xlsx) locally on your device.

3. License

After purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the selected tier (as shown on your order confirmation):

• Solo: 1 seat (1 named user).
• Team: up to 10 seats (up to 10 named users).

Unless your order confirmation states otherwise, each seat may be used by the same named user on up to two devices (for example desktop + laptop), provided the software is not used by more than the purchased seat count at any time.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or make the software (or any license files/keys) available to third parties. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, modification, and circumvention of license checks are prohibited except where such restrictions are not permitted by applicable law.

The full End‑User License Agreement (EULA) is included in the download package (for example LICENSE.txt/EULA.txt) and governs your use of the software. In case of conflict, the EULA controls for software usage rights.

4. Delivery / Fulfillment

Delivery is digital. After payment confirmation, you receive access to the download and a personalized, signed license.json delivered by email to the address used at checkout (manual fulfillment during early release).

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying outputs for your use case before relying on them in production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller/Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or loss of data) arising from use of the software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller/Licensor’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the software will not exceed the amounts you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
